Dr. Zewdineh Beyene Haile is a co-founder and the managing partner of ALG LLP, a Washington, D.C.-based law firm, where he represents States and their entities and enterprises as well as private sector clients in international dealings and disputes. He holds double doctorate degrees: a Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law and a PhD from the Moscow State Academy of Law.

Dr. Haile began his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia before establishing a law firm in Addis Ababa nearly two decades ago.
