The Platinum Sponsorship Package includes three complimentary delegate passes, with access to all sponsored social events, including the Gala Dinner. The sponsor will also have an opportunity to convene a panel on a topic aligned with the Conference theme, with organisational support from PALU where required. The PALU President will officially recognise the organisation as a Platinum Sponsor during the Opening Ceremony, and a representative of the sponsoring organisation will have an opportunity to welcome and address delegates. The package also includes the screening of a corporate video of up to three minutes during the Gala Dinner. The sponsor will receive two exhibition tables to showcase the organisation and engage with Conference participants, as well as a full-page advertisement in the Conference Booklet. The organisation’s logo will be featured on the main Conference banners. PALU will publish six dedicated social media posts recognising the organisation as a Platinum Sponsor, comprising two posts before, two during and two after the Conference. The sponsor will also receive one dedicated promotional email sent to PALU’s mailing list of more than 25,000 recipients. In addition, the package provides space for three branded pull-up banners at the Conference, a commemorative plaque presented during the Gala Dinner in recognition of the organisation’s support, and the inclusion of an unlimited quantity of promotional materials in the Conference bags.
